During a recent business trip to Marbella, I had the pleasure of staying at the Occidental Puerto Banús, a modern and stylish hotel located just steps away from the marina and the heart of Puerto Banús. I ordered a salmon fillet served with vegetables in a rich tomato sauce—a beautifully cooked dish that was both healthy and flavorful.
