The bit that isn’t in the ticket price: getting there

The park is on top of Collserola and the journey is part of the day, but it costs extra and the ticket doesn’t include it.

  • Funicular (Cuca de Llum) — €13.50 adult, €6.75 ages 4–12, €3.95 for over-60s and disabled visitors
  • Torre de Collserola, the communications tower with the observation deck — €7.00, also separate

So a family of four with two children over 120 cm is looking at €39 × 2 + €39 × 2 for the park, plus funicular on top.

The church, which is free

The Temple Expiatori del Sagrat Cor at the summit is a separate building from the funfair and you don’t need a park ticket to walk up to it.

Tibidabo with kids: FAQ

How much does Tibidabo cost?

€39 for the full Entrance ticket for anyone over 120 cm, €15.50 for children between 90 and 120 cm, and free for children under 90 cm. The cheaper Panoramic ticket, covering the historic rides and the viewpoints, is €21.50 and €11.80. Over-60s pay €11.70 for the full park. The funicular up the mountain is charged separately at €13.50.

What is the difference between the Tibidabo Entrance and Panoramic tickets?

The Entrance ticket covers the whole park. The Panoramic ticket covers only the upper area — the historic “emblematic” rides such as the aeroplane and the carousel, plus the viewpoints — for roughly half the price.

Are children free at Tibidabo?

Children under 90 cm tall enter free. Tibidabo prices children by height rather than age, so a tall seven-year-old measuring over 120 cm pays the full adult price of €39. Measure before you book.

Is the funicular included in the Tibidabo ticket?

No. The Cuca de Llum funicular is a separate ticket at €13.50 for adults and €6.75 for children aged 4 to 12, and it is one of the most common surprises in the cost of a Tibidabo day.
